Trump Bangs Out 488 Words of Rage After SCOTUS Shame

Donald Trump has sought to soften the blow of his humiliating Supreme Court hearing on birthright citizenship with a 488-word rant about ICE funding.
Not long after the president abruptly left the court during a brutal reality check by his conservative justices, the president took to social media to self-soothe.

The White House released photos which they said showed Trump attending the Supreme Court, with his Attorney General Pam Bondi.

His first post after storming out of the court while the hearing was still underway lashed out with a lie about America being the only country in the world that allowed birthright citizenship, which guarantees that anyone born in the country is a citizen.
But minutes after that, Trump issued a lengthy rant that began with a declaration of love for law enforcement officers, ended with a tirade over Joe Biden’s border policies, and centered on a new push to fund immigration agents.

“Unlike Republicans, Democrats want to DEFUND the Police, Border Patrol, and all Immigration Enforcement. They want to allow Criminals, the Mentally Insane, and Lunatics from all over the World to come into our Country, totally unvetted and unchecked, putting Americans in serious danger,” he claimed.
“That’s why we are going forward to fund our incredible ICE Agents and Border Patrol through a process that doesn’t need Radical Left Democrat votes, and bypasses the Senate Filibuster (which should be repealed, IMMEDIATELY!), working in close conjunction with House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Leader John Thune.

“We are going to work as fast, and as focused, as possible to replenish funding for our Border and ICE Agents, and the Radical Left Democrats won’t be able to stop us.”
Trump’s comment came as immigration also took center stage at the Supreme Court on Wednesday, where the court is weighing a crucial question: whether all children born in the United States can continue to automatically receive citizenship.
The case centers on Trump’s 2025 executive order directing federal agencies to deny citizenship to children born in the United States unless at least one parent is a citizen or lawful permanent resident.
Trump attended the hearing himself, becoming the first sitting president to sit in on the highest court’s oral arguments.

But even his presence didn’t seem to sway the justices of the court, who sounded broadly skeptical about his bid to upend the law.
Among those justices were Trump appointees Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, and Neil Gorsuch, who grilled the administration’s solicitor General, John Sauer, as the president looked on from the front row of the public gallery.
But after about 90 minutes, Trump abruptly exited to return to the White House and then made his feelings known on social media.
“We are the only Country in the World STUPID enough to allow “Birthright” Citizenship!" he posted on Truth Social after returning to the White House, ignoring the fact that dozens of countries confer citizenship at birth with no conditions.
Minutes later, he posted about the new funding push for immigration enforcement.
Trump’s endorsement of a new bill to fund ICE and border agents effectively aligns him with a two-track plan the Senate had passed last week but was rejected by House Republicans, who were wary of splitting up funding for the Department of Homeland Security.
The department has been shut down for a record 47 days, causing chaos at airports across the country and forcing many airport workers to go without a paycheck.
But in his Truth Social post on Wednesday, Trump set a June 1 deadline for a bill to be on his desk.
“In the meantime, we will continue to use funding from THE GREAT BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL, which is giving Record Tax Rebates to Citizens all over the Country, to ensure that ICE and Border Patrol Agents are paid ON TIME, and IN FULL, as we have been doing for them throughout the Democrat Shutdown,” he wrote.
“Immigration Enforcement will continue, and our Border will remain secure, with no Murderers, Drug Dealers, or Criminals of any kind entering our Country.”
