Bill Cosby was designated a “sexually violent predator” during his sentencing hearing by a judge on Tuesday. The comedian was sentenced to three to 10 years in state prison for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004. A jury convicted Cosby on three counts of aggravated indecent sexual assault in April. While handing Cosby his sentence, CNN reports that Judge Steven O’Neill said that the comedian’s “day has come.” “This was a serious crime,” O’Neill said. “Mr. Cosby, this has all circled back to you. The day has come, the time has come.”
