FBI Has a Secret UFO Squad Who Fear What Trump Will Do

A secret group of agents who investigate UFOs, or “unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP)” as they call it, are worried they will be caught in the crossfire as an imminent FBI purge hangs over their heads.
The Trump administration is expected to target specific FBI agents who also worked on the Jan. 6 case, some of whom are UAP Working Group agents. Agents across the bureau have been ordered to fill out a questionnaire detailing their involvement in the Capitol attack investigation.
According to Politico, the UAP working group is an informal collection of agents whose existence has never been disclosed and has been active for more than a year.
“I have spoken to several agents from the UAP Working Group who are afraid of losing their role and the investigation getting unintentionally compromised,” Ryan Graves, executive director of Americans for Safe Aerospace and a former Navy pilot, told Politico.
“I am concerned that the FBI’s UAP Working Group could be affected by transition changes, and these leaders might not be aware of the incredible work these agents are doing and how their investigation could be empowered as part of a formalized intergovernmental effort.”
According to Graves and other anonymous sources, the group consists of a national program manager and over a dozen employees nationwide who are tasked with tracking down UAPs. Agents assist in the bureau’s efforts to safeguard the country and the aviation industry from harm caused by unidentified phenomena.
“This FBI Working Group is uniquely positioned to investigate UAP due to their joint law enforcement and intelligence authorities,” Graves said, adding he was “deeply worried that agents key to the investigation of UAP could be removed, which would undermine the Trump Administration’s commitment to take the U out of UAP.”

A spokesperson for the FBI declined to comment on the report to Politico.
