“It worked in America. Why the hell wouldn’t it work in places like Germany and the United Kingdom?”

Not satisfied with his recent success taking the American political system by storm, billionaire Elon Musk is now expanding his efforts to meddle in government affairs across Europe, including the U.K. and Germany.
The New Abnormal co-hosts Andy Levy and Danielle Moodie were as horrified by Musk’s stunning incursion into European politics as they were by his recent success latching onto President-elect Donald Trump and his MAGA movement—but agreed that he will likely continue his quest for power until someone mounts an effort to stop him.
“It worked in America,” Levy said. “Why the hell wouldn’t it work in places like Germany and the United Kingdom?”
“Nobody is stopping him and nobody’s even trying to stop him. From what I can figure out, I haven’t seen any calls from anybody in any party here in the United States to maybe take a look at the government contracts he has, and to take a look at what an absolute nightmare of a security risk he is, but it’s the golden rule—he’s got all the gold so he can make the rules.”
Then, MSNBC legal analyst Glenn Kirschner joins the program to discuss the state of law and order in America (hint: It’s not doing so hot).
“I wish I could say that the rule of law is in hibernation and will be prodded into wakefulness sometime soon, but I have to be realistic as much as I try to be idealistic and optimistic,” Kirschner said.
