Dana Loesch Whines About Jake Tapper Unfollowing Her on Twitter

CNN Parkland Town Hall, a two-hour special, aired only seven days after 17 students and teachers were murdered by a gunman at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. In this “compelling and powerful” forum, moderator Jake Tapper deftly gave generous space to speak to gun control advocates, politicians,Parkland students, parents and a representative from the NRA. The program helped “advance the national conversation on gun control and violence,” the jury said.

It was a public lynching [...] I had always been incredibly kind to Jake Tapper, who I've known for a number of years. I've done his show when he was State of the Union, on Sundays, he knows my oldest son, we've been out there several times before, and I even appreciated the difficult position in which his network placed him as the moderator of this town hall, because his network had it purposefully organized and set up and established to just be as absolutely chaotic as possible, and even when he couldn't defend his network's own reporting, because remember how it was previously cited how the Broward County sheriff, particularly Israel, had been notified that this individual was dangerous and had weapons and that he had been called to the house repeatedly and that he could have Baker Acted him and Scott J. Israel acted ignorant of this whole entire thing and asked who reported it? That was literally CNN's reporting that I was citing that Jake Tapper failed to defend onstage. But I overlooked that because I appreciated the seriousness of the situation that Jeff Zucker had placed him in for the sake of ratings, and so even after that I was always incredibly cordial and kind, even defending Jake's character, but Jake apparently couldn't handle it that I was rightfully indignant and criticized the receipt of this award by his network and so unceremoniously unfollowed me today on Twitter because he just could not handle the fact that I was criticizing his network.
