CNN star anchor Kaitlan Collins has sparked romance rumors after stepping out at the Grammy Awards with a mystery man.
Collins, 33, was first spotted with photographer Emilio Madrid at a pre-Grammys gala on Saturday and appeared with him again the next day to attend the high-profile music awards show.
Photos from the red carpet showed the pair posing closely together on both nights, while Collins’ Instagram stories captured them on a rooftop ahead of the ceremony, which she captioned, “Grammys bound.”

The eponymous host of The Source with Kaitlan Collins has remained private about her love life, and neither she nor Madrid has revealed the nature of their relationship following their joint appearance at the Grammys.
In response for comment, a CNN representative told the Daily Beast that Collins and Madrid “are just friends” and attended events “with a group of friends, not just each other.”
The Daily Beast has reached out to Madrid’s studio for comment.

The cable news network’s chief White House correspondent was previously rumored to be in a relationship with pharmacist and aspiring Republican politician Will Douglas, 39, and the pair were last seen together in October 2021.

Douglas faced off against Democrat Rhetta Bowers for Texas’ House District 113 in 2020 and ultimately lost.
Collins’ dating history with Douglas comes as a surprise, given that the CNN White House correspondent has been blasted by Republican President Donald Trump, 79, as “stupid” and “nasty” over her questions to the president, and has also pressed White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, 28, in her line of questioning.
In 2024, the Daily Mail reported that Collins had an account on the exclusive, invite-only dating app Raya, which is commonly used by celebrities.
Reportedly, Collins’ Raya account included the description “Nick Saban was taken,” a reference to the married, 74‑year‑old American sportscaster and longtime University of Alabama football coach.
Collins, an Alabama native, graduated from the University of Alabama in 2014 and is a proud Crimson Tide supporter.
