Jeffrey Morgenthaler is the bar manager of Portland, Oregon, bars Clyde Common and Pépé Le Moko. He’s the co-author of The Bar Book: Elements of Cocktail Technique and author of Drinking Distilled. In 2013, he was named Bartender of the Year at the Nightclub and Bar Show.
